Onist is Deduxer's own product: an AI phone receptionist for local businesses in Romania, from tyre shops and car services to salons, barbers and vet clinics.
We built all of it: the voice agent that answers in Romanian, English or Italian, the booking calendar, the SMS to the caller, the WhatsApp summary to the owner, and the iOS, Android and web apps.
Results
Onist answers 24/7. It says in its first sentence that it is an AI assistant, quotes prices only from the business's own list, books the job into the calendar and hands the call to the owner when asked. After every call the owner gets a summary and the transcript on WhatsApp.
